The 1995 through 2001 Annual Reports to Congress describe the activities and accomplishments of the state Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Programs (SBTCPs) during the reporting period, January 1 through December 31 for the years 1995 through 2001. The reports summarize progress made in the states and territories, including the District of Columbia, in fulfilling responsibilities under Section 507 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The reports include information of SBTCP program effectiveness, compliance assurance issues, and U.S. EPA conclusions and recommendations.
