About the Performance Measurement Tools and Success Stories Database

This clearinghouse is the result of the recommendation from the Working Session on Performance Measurement, held at the 1998 State Small Business Ombudsman and Small Business Assistance Program Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.  

To make this an effective clearinghouse of performance measurement tools, including success stories, for states to use, please provide copies of your performance measurement tools and success stories to Audrey Zelanko in electronic format (and hard copy) preferably, or hard copy, only if not available electronically.  Please email all documents in word perfect or word formats to:  Audrey Zelanko (zelanko@smallbiz-enviroweb.org).  We are aware of the variety of performance measurement tools among states and encourages the submission of all types of tools.  Click here for a list of examples.
