SBAP/Multimedia Survey

This database is populated by responses from an online survey conducted in February/March 2003 to gather general program and multimedia information about the 507 programs (small business assistance programs or SBAPs). The survey was conducted to facilitate information sharing between SBAP and Small Business Ombudsman (SBO) programs nationwide. This database has been developed from the survey responses to enable searching by program, survey question, and keyword. The Multimedia Subcommittee (one of several new subcommittees created by the National Steering Committee resulting from discussions on the future of the 507 programs) developed a number of questions in this survey. You can find those questions searchable from a separate page (see Search Multimedia Questions above). In addition, overall statistics are provided for applicable questions posed on the survey. These statistics are provided based on the surveys returned, and are not reflective of all the programs. Some programs did not respond, some county/local programs responded, and a few programs included multiple surveys due to very different SBAP and SBO programs in those states. Check back often; as additional programs fill out surveys and as programs update information, the database will change on a continuing basis (including responses and statistics).
