Results from 2004 Home Page Customer Satisfaction Survey
An online user survey was conducted for the Small Business Environmental
Home Page between January and March 2004. The U.S. EPA Small Business
Division / Small Business Ombudsman, Karen Brown, conducted this survey to
follow up on the 2001 survey to determine the effectiveness of the Home Page
and ways to improve it and make it easier to use. The brief survey included
a handful of questions about why users visit the Home Page, what would
improve it, how users learned about it, and any problems encountered. Our
intent was to learn what parts of the Home Page are and are not important,
where to spend resources as we continue to develop the web site, and what
direction we should take in the future.
The survey has been completed, and results compiled and evaluated.
