The following links provide fact sheets designed to assist Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP) staff in providing multimedia environmental assistance to small businesses.  They were originally developed as part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sponsored workshop entitled “Building Capacity for Multimedia Assistance,” given April 13, 2003 at the SBO/SBAP National Conference in Baltimore, MD.  The fact sheets have been updated to reflect current (March 2005) EPA regulations and interpretations.  The SBO (Small Business Ombudsman)/SBAP National Steering Committee (NSC), Multimedia Subcommittee, has made these available as Microsoft Word and PDF documents so that SBEAP staff can supplement them with state regulatory information to make them more useful in their states.
