Performance Measurement Tools and Success Stories Database
Performance Measurement Tools and Success Stories Database
This
clearinghouse is the result of the
recommendation from the Working Session on
Performance Measurement, held at the 1998
State Small Business Ombudsman and Small
Business Assistance Program Conference in
Scottsdale, Arizona.
To make this an effective
clearinghouse of performance measurement tools, including success
stories, for states to use, please provide copies of your performance
measurement tools and success stories to Audrey Zelanko in electronic
format. Please email all documents in word
formats to: Audrey Zelanko (zelanko@smallbiz-enviroweb.org).
Examples of types of tools include the following: methods of tracking
number of attendees at events, types of numerical data collected for activities
and methods of collection, surveys to measure customer satisfaction
after attending an event or receiving
assistance, surveys to determine quality of
service provided and/or request suggestions for improvement, detailed
program analysis or evaluation, statistical analysis of return on
investment in program, and success stories--any type of
description or summary of a client's experience
with the program that has been positive.
Kenya Stump, KY Division of
Environmental Compliance, Environmental Compliance Assistance Program,
